“We’ve been managing IT in Surrey for 20 years, and it’s not something we’ll price on a website. An engineer sees your setup before you see a number from us.”

  • A unique password per system, per person
  • Dark web monitoring for leaked logins
  • A full record of every device and licence

Lite users don’t pay full price: people who only access your systems occasionally, staff who just need email, and contractors who don’t need full support aren’t charged the £65/£100 rate. Just £10 per user, per month, covering their licensing and the occasional support call.

Getting started, any plan above: onboarding (audit, network documentation, security baseline) is £500–£1,500, a one-off, whichever plan you choose.

Not included at any tier: phones, broadband/connectivity, new or replacement equipment, and one-off projects (migrations, office moves). All priced separately below.

WHY ISN'T THIS £5 OR £10 A MONTH?

The remote monitoring and antivirus tools alone, the software a provider needs just to watch and protect one device, wholesale for roughly £5 to £12 per device, per month. That’s before anyone’s time is counted: no technician, no helpdesk, no engineer on-site. A £5 or £10 a month price doesn’t cover the tools, so something else has to give.

HOW WE WORK OUT OUR PRICING

Ticketing & billing

The system that manages every support request, how long it took, and what’s already been billed, so nothing gets lost or charged twice.

Monitoring & patching

Software that watches your systems and applies updates automatically. This is the tooling cost in the £4–£7 a device figure above.

Access control

Controls who can install software or change settings, and routes anything higher-risk to an engineer for approval in minutes, not left wide open.

Those three, plus the actual hours our engineers spend on your account, are what the price is built from.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you actually send someone to see our office before quoting us?

Yes, always, in person or by video call for remote teams. An engineer documents your setup and
answers your questions, and that’s how we confirm which plan actually fits your business. This
isn’t free ad-hoc support, but if your team’s got a couple of minor niggles, we’ll often sort them
on the spot so you can see how we actually work.

Is there a minimum number of users?

It’s a pricing minimum, not an eligibility one. We price Minimum and Standard support on a floor
of 5 users to cover our admin costs, but you’re welcome to use our services with fewer than 5,
you’d just be billed as if you had 5.

Can we switch from our current IT company without disruption?

Yes. We handle the handover, including recovering admin access your current provider may be
holding, and don’t touch anything live until the new setup is tested.

How quickly can you set us up?

We can start today if you need us to, but we usually aim for 30 to 90 days. That gives us time to
properly plan the switch and build an onboarding around your business, so the change is as
undisruptive as possible rather than rushed.

What are your response times?

Critical issues get a 1-hour target response, high-priority issues 2 hours, and medium or low
priority issues 4 hours, under our standard Mon–Fri office-hours cover. A 24/7 contract
brings the critical target down to 15 minutes. Full breakdown, including resolution targets by
priority: our response times page.

Do you offer a cheaper starter plan, or pay-as-you-go?

No cut-price monthly plan, no. If you’d rather not have an ongoing contract at all, ad-hoc support
is £155 an hour with no commitment (see the price list below). Managing a device properly costs
around £10 a month in tools alone, before anyone’s time is counted, so we won’t sell a service
that can’t actually deliver proactive, basic reliability.

Is Virtual CIO or AI Manager only for businesses without a support plan?

No. Bigger clients on our £100 plan often add a dedicated, paid Virtual CIO or Virtual CISO for
strategic work on top of day-to-day support. It’s not an either/or.

Do you use AI?

Yes. We use it to work faster and catch things sooner, AI-driven patch management and AI
penetration testing, for example. But we know AI can be infuriating when it’s done badly: a
chatbot that won’t let you speak to a person, a phone tree that goes in circles. You’ll always have
the option to speak to a human here. We think the human touch is what actually makes good service
and good relationships.

See how we work before you commit to anything.
